Moderation Commands

Moderation in the Discord should only be done for breaking Discord rules (mentioned in the rules channel or /rules).

If someone breaks a rule in the Discord it should not affect them in Minecraft and vice versa.

Warn Command: /warn [user] [reason] Mute Command: /mute [user] [reason] Kick Command: /kick [user] [reason] TempBan Command: /tempban [user] [reason]

Staff Timezones

To make it easier for everyone, we ask staff to set their timezone by doing /settimezone [your timezone] .

All users will then be able to do /timezones to see which staff are online and what time it is for them.

Tickets

As a staff member, one of your key tasks is to assist with support tickets.

Please make sure only to close the ticket only if you have asked the user if they are ready for it to be closed.

If you are a helper and require a higher role to help out, then you should ping the moderator role and explain the ticket.

If you are a moderator and require a higher role, then you should do the same thing, but ping the admin role.

Only admins should ping Developers, Builders, or R7mexpert, and that's only if necessary.
